Electronic Case Investigation Form (eCIF) – For Foreign Nationals & Non-OFWs: PadLab.ph – For Overseas Filipino Workers (Land-based and Sea-based OFWs): DashLabs

Affidavit of Engagement

You will receive a QR code through email. Make sure you save a copy of it on your mobile device or print it out.

  1. Health Verification and Check

Your Health Declaration Card will be verified by a Bureau of Quarantine employee.

Foreign nationals and non-OFWs must proceed to the Philippine Airport Diagnostic Laboratory (PADLab) desk for CIF verification and payment for the RT-PCR Test (P4,000).

  1. Transportation and hotel arrangements

Visit the designated One Stop Shop Booth for hotel assignment following health verification:

Approach the Overseas Workers Welfares Administration (OWWA) booth for OFWs (land-based or sea-based).

The list of GREEN nations, territories, and jurisdictions includes your port of origin.

Prior to your arrival date in the Philippines, you spent all of your time traveling to Green List days.

You’re fully immunized (in the Philippines or abroad)

Upon your arrival, the authorities can confirm that your vaccination record is current.

IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FROM A COUNTRY ON THE YELLOW OR RED LIST:

10 DAYS (14 days total but only the first 10 are to be spent in the quarantine hotel and the remaining four days at home) (14 days total but only the first 10 are to be spent at the quarantine hotel and the remaining four days at home).

It should be noted that only Filipinos coming home via government- or non-government-initiated repatriation, and Bayanihan Flights may be allowed entry into RED list nations, however they are still subject to severe quarantine protocols.

  1. Customs and Immigration Check

Go to the immigration counters once you have checked and set up your lodgings.

Pick up your bags and clear the Customs check once you’re done.

  1. Hotel quarantine

Find the bus that is allocated to you in the Arrival Hall. This should deliver you to the designated hotel (OFW) or pre-arranged hotel for quarantine (non-OFW, foreigner).

Important Reminders and Guidelines
Only travelers with verified flight reservations and legitimate travel papers may enter the terminal.

If their flight is domestic, passengers may enter the terminal three hours prior, and if it is international, four hours prior.

In accordance with any restrictions imposed by the subject LGU, which should be filed to the Department of the Interior and Local Government, intrazonal travels between locations covered by GCQ or MGCQ are authorized (DILG).
